Private Beta
Analytical infrastructure for SMB M&A.
Acquidex is a deterministic analytical layer for small business acquisitions, currently in private beta with a small group of practitioners.
Request accessMost SMB acquisitions get evaluated, structured, and closed by parties working from different numbers, different assumptions, and different analytical frameworks. Acquidex is the shared analytical reference layer — built by a CPA, designed for the professionals who do this work seriously, and currently being shaped by the advisors, intermediaries, and acquirers in the beta cohort.
Currently working with M&A advisors, deal intermediaries, and acquisitive operators building disciplined acquisition frameworks. If your work brings you into one of these conversations and you'd like to see what we're building, request access below.
I'm a CPA based in Tokyo. My background is in accounting and financial analysis — and time at organizations like State Street and Amazon made clear how much institutional decisions depend on analytical consistency at every level. SMB M&A has the same requirement and very little of the infrastructure. I built Acquidex to help close that gap. If you work in this space and want to compare notes, I'd like to hear from you.
